He is survived by: his siblings, Vincent Shelly, Brenda Williams (Shelly) and Leslie Shelly; his former wife Jeanne Anna Shelly (Roberts); his children, Holly Lynn Shelly, Sammie Lee Shelly, III and Henry James David Shelly; and his grandchildren, Keira Lynn Wiley and Riley Nora Shelly.
