She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hay and Irene Johns (Hufford); and her sister Joyce Devlin. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her grandchildren, Bradley Pensyl, Natalie Palmer, Ali Rumsey, Morgan Wessel, Matthew Rumsey, Madison Cole and Riley Cole; and her great grandchildren, Jett, Sloane, Maeve, Grey, Blaire, Marley, Clementine and Rex, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews and many dear friends.
