Susan Baurkot Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Baurkot of Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 30, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Baurkot and Margaret Baurkot (Unis); her brothers, George and Unis Baurkot; her significant other Peter Kassis; her close friend Barbara Kassis; and her goddaughter Jeanette Kassis.
She is survived by: her brothers, Samuel Baurkot and Raymond Baurkot, Jr.; and her siblings' children, Mary Sue, George, Danny, Bobby, David, Suzie, Raymond John, Johnny, Margaret, Dina, Raymond III, Camille, Louie, Samuel Jr., Herta, Nancy, Eva, Arthur and Abe. She is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church (55 S 4th St, Easton, PA 18042). A prayer will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Gethsemane Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sanna's name to Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, 55 South 4th Street, Easton, PA 18042.
