He is survived by : his wife Debra Hartman (Wile Shook); his children, Jennifer Bellas (Bob) of Kittanning, PA, Thom Hartman (Casey Yeakle) of Ephrata, PA and Shannon Hartman of Butler; his stepsons, Steve Shook (Jacqui) of Parker, PA and Jason Shook (Sonja) of Knox, PA; his grandchildren, Marlee Huth (Adam), Jackson Shook (Emily), Jorden Shook, Morgan Shook, Hunter Shook, Preston Bellas, Payton Bellas, Porter Bellas and Presley Hartman; his great grandchildren, Hendrix Huth, Carter Shook, Ivy-Jane Newbill and Sawyer Huth; and his uncle Wendell Hartman of Arizona. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Covid-19 protocols must be followed.
