He was predeceased by : his parents, Lee Stalker and Maude Young Stalker; his siblings, Frank L., D. Joe, Jack D., Earl H., Fred L. Stalker and Nancy Kerr; his grandson Cody Stalker; and his great grandchild Henry Simon.

He is survived by : his children, Kerri Simon (Timothy) of Hilliards, Kirby Stalker (Tracey) of Boyers and Kevin Stalker (Marlene) of Parker; and his siblings, Luree Kriedler, Merle and D. Richard Stalker. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
