She was predeceased by : her parents, George Leslie and Fannie Jane Kriebel Shively; and her brother Ray Shively. She is survived by : her grandson Nick (Amanda Graham) of Slippery Rock; and her siblings, Mary Shively of Butler, Hilda Christie (John), Leslie Shively of Grove City, Neil Shively of Butler and Jeff Shively (Pam) of Karns City. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
