He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Stafford and Veneiva Osborn Stafford. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Louise Ulan; his children, Rick Stafford of Erie, Liana Stafford of Edinboro, Shawn Stafford (Tami) of Cochranton, Kris Stafford (Sher) of Saegertown and Heather Clough (Roger) of Edinboro; and his siblings, Harry Stafford of Cambridge Springs and Joyce Merchant of Erie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
