She was predeceased by : her parents, James Patton and Imogene Patton; and her sister Shirley Hellyer (William). She is survived by : her husband James H. Gillette; her children, James Gillette Jr. (Julie), Jennifer Gillette-Menc (Stephan) and Christopher Gillette; her grandchildren, Sydney, Skylar, Christian, Estella, Cole and Jude; her siblings, John Patton (Joann), Roger Patton (Dorothy) and Sheila Caggiano (Nurmi); and her sister-in-law Deborah Gillette (John). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In remembrance of Sharyn's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital (stjude.org), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
