He was predeceased by: his parent Frank DeMase; and his siblings, Rudy DeMase and Gloria Perrotta. He is survived by: his parent Anna Marie Catalano DeMase; his wife Dorothy I. Dash; his children, Rocky DeMase (Donna) of Ellwood City, PA, Ada Gadzia (Kenneth), Dorene Moore (Cliff) and Karen Freer (Ed) of New Castle; and his sister Rose Effinite of New Castle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
