He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Kosciuszko (Schweitzer); his children, Rodney Jay Kosciuszko of New Castle, Michael E. Kosciuszko of New Castle, Cody T. Kosciuszko of New Castle, Laura Parker of Littlefield, TX and Jennifer Mooers of New Castle; and his siblings, Ted Kosciuszko of New Castle and Susie Thompson of Canton, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
