She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Garrett and Ruth Edith Bowen (Masters); her stepmother Thelma Garrett; her brother William W. Garrett; and her nephews, Lance Hogue and Travis Garrett.
She is survived by: her significant other William R. Dougherty of Edinburg; her sister Linda Lee Hogue (Larry) of New Castle; her sibling's children, Blythe Zimmerman (Tim), Stacey Basinger (Mark), Michelle Garrett, Barbara Best and Luke Hogue; her aunt Marian Nelson; her great-niece Reese Zimmerman; and her great-nephews, Austin (Jazmine) and Gage Basinger.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105).
