He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford L. Duncan and Emma Lewis Duncan; his wife Cheryl Barber; and his siblings, Joel Duncan, Ruth Burrows, Mildred Booher and Nancy Rae.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Duncan, Jr. (Katy) of Brookfield, ILL and Heather Fleming of Gainesville, FL; and his siblings, James Duncan and Mary Ellen Koelliker of New Castle. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
