It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Wassil of Edwardsville, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Wassil and Mary Funkett Wassil; his wife Joan Ford Wassil; his daughter Joan Marie Wassil; and his sisters, Irene Latsko, Marie Davis and Theresa Hatalski.

He is survived by : his daughter Carol (Gary); his grandsons, David Koval (Lori) and Steven Koval; his brother John Wassil; his siblings-in-law, Gail Downes, Dorothy Ford and Ray Ford; and his son-in-law Rick Koval (Wendy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
