He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Bizousky and Ellen Bizousky (Gower); and his brother Fredrick Bizousky. He is survived by : his wife Jeanne Bizousky (Alspaugh); his children, Richard C. Bizousky II (Charlotte) of Effort, Brent Bizousky (Robin) of Kunkletown, Debra LaBar (Charles) of Effort and Maija Frable (Troy) of Brodheadsville; and his sisters, Jeannette Sotak (Butch) of Nesquehoning and Patricia Jarrell of Effort. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
