He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter LaFrankie and Fay LaFrankie (Dequenne); and his brother Peter LaFrankie. He is survived by: his close friend Denise Pellegrino; his grandchildren, Emily Lombardi, Ciana Gori and Dylan Hawthorne; and his sisters, Natalie Wolfgang (Gary) of Lincoln Boro, Carla Hobaugh of Jefferson Hills and Marie Schmidt (Larry) of Elizabeth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, one great-great-niece and one great-great-nephew; also several cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home (221 N 2nd Ave, Elizabeth, PA 15037). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Clare of Assisi Church (460 Reed St, Clairton, PA 15025).
