Alice P. Heisey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2025, at the age of 92, Alice P. Heisey of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice P. Heisey to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery O. Kanode and Fannie R. Kanode (Stern); and her siblings, Isaac, Arthur, Avery Jr., Elizabeth Kanode and Ruth Fees.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Spencer Heisey (Joyce) of Elizabethtown, Wayne Heisey (Simone) of Elizabethtown, Marian Dimmig (Peter) of Saranac Lake, NY and Julie Reese (Dudley) of Friendsville, TN.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Schmidt (Paul), Conrad Heisey (Caitlyn), Brandon Dimmig (Clair), Brent Dimmig (Olivia), Gordon Dimmig (Allison), Solomon Heisey, Derek Heisey (Olivia), Mary Seward (Carlton), Johnny Reese (Natalie), Nathan Reese, Josiah Reese, Lydia Reese and Anna Reese; and her sisters, Lois Smith (Glenn) and Beulah Charles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ Church (996 E High St, Elizabethtown, PA 17022). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Brethren in Christ World Missions, 431 Grantham Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
