He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester R. Halley and Marie Halley (Valeri); and his wife Margaret E. Halley. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Halley, Jason Halley (Melissa) and Dean Halley (Alexis); his grandchildren, Anthony, Kaydence, Nolyn Delia, Lennon, Christopher, Jonathan, Joseph and Timothy; and his sisters, Angela Merendino and Alison Flickinger.
