She was predeceased by: her father William Paul; her husband Dr. Lester W. Wells; her granddaughter Sarah E. Wells; her brother Larry Horn; and her son-in-law Robert Buchter.
She is survived by: her mother Gladys Elaine Horn (Pedigo); her daughters, Susan Dunleavy, Barbara Grandusky (Mark) and Deborah Morita (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Penelope Stables (Paul), Benjamin Buchter, Keomaikalani Morita, Emma Morita, Adam Grandusky and Brynn Grandusky; her great grandchild Matthew Stables; and her sister Pamela Hall.
