She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kostelac and Dorothy D. Tarbuck Kostelac; and her siblings, Nancy Gaffney and Lawrence Kostelac, Jr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Carol Kostelac Chambers of Elizabethtown and Cynthia Kostelac of Seattle, WA; her niece Jennifer Morrison (Michael) of Elizabethtown; her great-nephew Dylan Luttrell; her niece Amber Hoover; her sisters, Jamie and Colleen Gaffney; her nephew Andrew Galis (Colin Gaffney); her aunts, Lethea Myers and Shawn Galis; and also Branson Cover.
