He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean M. Otto Frey; his parents, Jay M. Frey, Sr. (Julia) and Amy L. Frey; his daughter Jamie Crump (Jesse); his grandchildren, Summer, Jesse Jr., Autumn and Jordyn; and his sister Marianne Mowrer.
