She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Miller and Carolyn Miller (Gates); her daughter Lynn Balmer; her sisters, Irene Sanders and Carolyn Fritz; her husband Charles Vere Balmer; and her daughters, Kathy Rowley (Steve) of Millersville and Elizabeth Barrett of Winchester.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Austin and Hunter Rowley.
