She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Franklin Keim and Eva Keim (Kahler); her husband Neal Larry Spotts; her daughter Kelly Francisco; her granddaughters, Victoria and Madison; and her sisters, Diane Walshaw and Pamela Wynn. She was also cherished by her daughter and granddaughters, dining out with her husband.
