It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Anna M. Rhine of Elizabethville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Flanagan and Annie Flanagan (Clark); her son Timothy M. Rhine; and her brothers, Ray and John Flanagan.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Kenneth L. Rhine; her children, Brenda Ann Bacon of Paxtang and Brandon D. Rhine (Cheryl) of Elizabethville; and her grandchildren, Brittney, Marissa, Moriah, Shyann, Darius and Daunte. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
