He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles, Sr. and Mary; his sister Kathleen; and his brother-in-law Bill Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Carole A.; his child Ericha; and his siblings, Mary Susan Levy (Mort), Stephen (Patty) and Jeanne. He is also survived by niece and nephews, grand-nieces and nephew.
