He is survived by: his parents, William H. and Margaret Preston Tubbs; his wife Grazia; his sons, David G. Tubbs and Jason L. Tubbs (Nancy); his grandchildren, Carrie Tubbs, Rocks and Wade Tubbs; his sister Edwina Walsh; Columbia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
