She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent DeCaria and Victoria DeCaria (Garisto). She is survived by: her daughters, Marci (John Jewett), Mindi (Kurt Radaz) and Maria Carlson; her grandchildren, Savanna Jewett, Mathew and Mia Jewett; her great grandchild Kalob Jewett; her grandchildren, Kolten Radaz, Kayler Radaz, Keegan Radaz, Kaiden Carlson and Hadley Carlson; her brothers, Ralph DeCaria and Angelo DeCaria; and her siblings' children, Dean Novalesi, Geraldine Novalesi, Rachel Novalesi, Nancy Minteer, John Minteer Jr., Mark Minteer, Linda Chowdhary and Susan Shaffeer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (309 Spring Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
