She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Shutack and Olive Shutack (Simmons). She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hayden of Monroeville, Yvonne Miles (Ron Painter) of Tarentum and Skip Miles of Koppel; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony, Justin, Joshua, Chelsey, Jeremy and Aiden; her siblings, Lila Hedlund of New Castle, Charles "Butch" Shutack of Darlington and David "Ref" Shutack of New Castle; and her pet Tippy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (309 Spring Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
