He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burr and Blanche Eichenauer Burr; and his siblings, Barb Short and George Burr. He is survived by: his wife Fran Strealy Burr; his sons, Doug Burr (Kristina) of Tennessee, Dan Burr (Amy) of Ellwood City and Dustin Burr (Laura) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Douglas, Nicholas, Lucas, Deborah, Emma and Wyatt; his sister Relda Kroner of Shaler; his siblings-in-law, Cindy Green of Kentucky, Dixie Eichenauer and Robert Strealy; his friends, Jared, Lisa Nash, Porter and Griffy; and his caregiver Wexford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marshall Funeral Home (200 Fountain Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
