He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his sons, James E. Donley (Delores) of Franklin Township and Scott Donley (Robin) of Blackhawk; his grandchildren, Jacklyn Bennett (Sam), Megan Donley and Piper Donley; his great grandchild Addison Bennett; his sister Linda Gordon of Harrisburg, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Donley of Florida and Carolyn Slack (Scott) of New Castle, PA..
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory (97 Grim Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
