He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis B. Guy and Ruth Davis Guy; his son William J. Eller; his parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, Jack Deal of Wayne Township and Fran Guy of Ohio.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Carroll Guy; his children, Dawn Miller (Jim) of Nevada, Hope Pacella (Richard) of Ellwood City, Debra Gillingham (David) of Missouri and Robert Eller (Cheri) of Brighton Township; his grandson William Eller (Jennifer) of Ellwood City; and his siblings, Sharyn Deal of Wayne Twp, Patti Miller (Jon) of Ohio and Brian Guy of Ohio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
