It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George R. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kotuby and Lola Kotuby (Scheidemantle). He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Weller; his grandchildren, George, Sarah, Katelyn and Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Zachary, Zander Weller and Aubrey Lehemy; his siblings, Lana Morini (Mario) of Wayne Township, Charles Kotuby Sr. of Perry Township, Don Kotuby (Darlene) of New Wilmington and Andrew Kotuby; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Smith (Dennis) of Freedom and Linda Garen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. (309 Spring Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
