With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rita K. Kennard of Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Katheryn Kennard (Santillo) and Charles Kennard; and her sister Arlene Kennard. She is survived by: her sister Karla Kennard of Ellport; her stepsister Cora Tillia (Sean) of Ellwood City; and her sibling's children, Katie Tillia and Shane Tillia.
