She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin "Bud" and Mary Campbell (Rockyvich); her father-in-law Wilbert Gary Hall; and her niece Megan Wilhelm. She is survived by: her husband Darin Hoak; her daughter Jenna Marie Hoak of Wampum; her siblings, Kathleen Lutz (Ralph) of Ellwood City, Lynn Raye Campbell of Ellwood City and Erwin "Chip" Campbell (Lynn) of Ellport; her mother-in-law Shelby Hall of Franklin Twp; and her sister-in-law Sherri Hoak of Transfer.
