She was predeceased by : her parents, Adam Sclesky and Corrine Sclesky (Shirdon); her husband Anthony Polisky Jr.; her grandson Timmy Paronish; and her brothers, Adam Jr. and Joseph Sclesky.

She is survived by : her children, Anthony Polisky (Melody), Lora Paronish (Tim), Brenda Bassett (Greg) and Jeff Polisky; and her siblings, Dianna Stasko, Donald Sclesky, Maryann Campbell and Dave Sclesky. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
