She was predeceased by : her parents, Valentine Panek and Frances Panek (Sponsky); her siblings, Coletta Nalisnick (George "Foster"), Gervous Panek (Dorothy), Vivian Andersen (Edwin), Robert Panek (Anita) and Wanda Evans (Ellis); and her sister-in-law Jessie Panek.

She is survived by : her brother Alfred "Kinger" Panek of Choctaw, OK. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
