She is survived by : her children, Jacqueline A. "Jackie" Smith (Tim) of Millerton, Gregory A. Berry (Sophia) of Emporium and Michael J. Berry of Emlenton; her grandchildren, Nick, Cody, Miranda, Nicole, Chad of Heather, B. J., Heath, Macie, Makenna, Justin and Scott; and her siblings, Dean, Gene Patterson, Emery, Tom Cummings and Debbie Cummings. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
