She was predeceased by: her parent George Billger. She is survived by: her spouse Edward F. Seier; her parent Alice Billger (Rothrock); her children, Lynn M. Seier-Boyd (Whitty) and Edward F. Seier, Jr.; her wife Tamissa Seier; her grandchildren, Mark, Andrea and Ashley; Gregory G. Seier.
