She was predeceased by: her spouse Stephen J. Hayden; her parents, John Roth and Anna Roth of Fullerton, PA.; and her siblings, Alvin (Sam), Edward, Ethel and Lillian Roth.
She is survived by: her son Stephen J. Hayden, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Hayden of Macungie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as numerous dear friends.
