He was predeceased by: his parent Floyd Douglas Van Allen. He is survived by: his spouse Linda A. Van Allen (Wasilousky); his parent Eleanor Fabian (Milnor); his children, Jacquelyn Ruch (Matthew) and Dylan Floyd Van Allen; his grandson Isaak Ruch; and his siblings, Donna Tully (James) and Erik Zetterstrand (Michelle). He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
