She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Sterley and Elsie Vallimont Sterley; and her stepfather William Sweet. She is survived by : her husband Ron Armstrong of Emporium, PA.; her children, Rhonda Ramsey (Garrett) and Brent Armstrong (Stuart) of Mary Ester, FL; and her grandchildren, Evan and Kay. She is also survived by her kids friends as "mom".
