George D. Coppersmith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George D. Coppersmith of Emporium, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, L. Neil Coppersmith and Ophelia Dodson Coppersmith; and his siblings, Neil, Frank, Robert, Leroy, Walter, James Coppersmith and Theresa Carpenter.
He is survived by: his children, George D. Coppersmith, Jr. (Darlene), Susan C. (James Zoschg) and Daniel R. Coppersmith (Melissa) of Morristown, TN; his grandchildren, Heather, Jed, Brock, Jim, Susan, Bethany, Kristin, Kayla and Selina; and his sister Grace Peters. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
