He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Horning and Bertha C. Faries Horning; his son George Michael Horning; his grandson Sgt. Keith Horning; and his father-in-law Robert "Beaver" Williams.
He is survived by : his wife Virginia "Ginger" Williams; his children, Robert Horning (Jane), Vicki Platt, Scott Horning (Carla), Kenneth Horning (Brenda) and Donald Horning (Janet); his pet Penny; and his godparents, Mick Kamats and Louise Cooney. He is also survived by six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
