We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024, at the age of 94, Joann E. Harpster of Emporium, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles A. On and Wilda Ingersoll Schwab Sr. On; and her siblings, Nancy L. Reed and Charles "Sonny" Schwab, Jr.. She is survived by : her siblings, Donna Pelkey (Jack) and Gary Schwab (Alice). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
