Bixler Jr. of Emporium, Pennsylvania, born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John H. Bixler and Dorothy McDonald Bixler. He is survived by : his siblings, Donald Bixler and Carol Crissman (Robert); his niece Michelle Hopper (Tyler); his nephew Andrew Crissman (Leslie); and his great-niece Chloe Crissman.
