He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Grasser and Laura Beldin Fragale. He is survived by: his sisters, Pam Franklin of Richburg, NY, Pat See (David) of Thornton, CO and Joanne Pearson (Joe) of Emporium; and his friends, Rick, Wade Wilson (Denise) and Debby Penfield.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Cemetery (235 E 4th St, Emporium, PA 15834).
