He is survived by: his parents, Russell H., Jr. and Barbara Behler (Bradley); his siblings, Benjamin Behler (Anne) of Bellefonte, Liz Behler, Derek Poe of Chicago, IL and Cécile Lacoste Grandpierre (Steven) of Servon; his nephew Owen Behler; and his nieces, Lily Behler and Victoria Grandpierre.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Matthew's memory to Children's Miracle Network at Penn State Children's Hospital.
