He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Yates and Helen Yates (Anderson); and his brothers, Timmy Yates and Doug Yates. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Yates (Lentz) of Enola, PA; his children, Robert Yates (Julie) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Timothey Meise of New Cumberland, PA and Christine Rigling (Tommy) of New Cumberland, PA; his sister Deb Williams (John) of Harrisburg, PA; his grandchildren, McKenna, Emma, Jack, Cameron, Quinn, Kyle and Alina; and his great grandchildren, Perseous "Percy" and Autumn.
