He is survived by: his wife Helga Horning; his daughter Sheila Hammond; his granddaughter Julie Brown (Anthony); his son Roger Horning; his siblings, Kathy McQuilkin (Jack), Angie Kauffman (Terry), Phyllis Steinmetz, Rodney Horning (Barb) and Allen Yeager; and his sister-in-law Elva Horning. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
