She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold B. Kindler; her parents, Peter K. Swope and Beulah Swope (Hunt); and her siblings, Margareta, Mildred, Elizabeth and Lewis.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth E. (Nancy M. Kindler) of Manheim, PA. and Karen Troxler (David Troxler) of Manheim, PA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
