We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2019, at the age of 79, Frances E. Hill (Ephrata, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip R. Hill; her daughters, Jennifer Hill of East Greenville, PA and Kristen McQuillin; her granddaughter Helen Kaucher of Ephrata, PA; and her brother George Burroughs of Magalia, CA.
